As a born and bred Thamesite, Sandy has a good understanding of the local needs, her experience in the Human Resource area has been gained through working for and along side businesses in the Hauraki and Thames Coromandel Districts.  Sandy is able to assist in all parts of the business as an experienced Human Resource Consultant.  She is keen to add value to a business by helping gain the best from people and assisting with human resource procedures.  Having dealt with a large number of businesses  in  varying industries, her  knowledge of  human resources and the relevant legislation is extensive  and  enables her to provide practical solutions for businesses which takes account of their size and nature.
